Managing your Playlist

If you go to your Playlists on the left. you should be able to click on the right side to open the details. Once done, you are able to delete tracks or go through your genres. 
Please untag genres which doesn't fit your playlist taste. You can't add additional genres as its generating automatically from Artists you have on the Playlist. Once you done,
hit the save button.
